Monday June 6, 2016 - Kenya police have found leaflets inciting violence distributed in Kibera slum, warning members of the Kikuyu community to flee the area to avoid being killed for supporting the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
According to Nairobi police boss, Japheth Koome, the leaflets were distributed on Sunday night by youths associated with Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

Koome says the leaflets were intended to spread "fear and panic" and promised members of the Kikuyu community that the Government will protect them at all costs and nobody will be allowed harm them .
